McGratds`s Fish House in Corvallis

We tried McGrath's for the first time tonight! The host greeted us warmly and with a smile. Andrew was our Server and he was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious and abundant. We will definitely be back!

Great food and drinks, wish they didn't leave Eugene.

I had to halibut it was on like a special and it was very good and everybody else is food in our party was very good also

The staff at this McGraths is always friendly. I have been there many times and the food is always delicious. I've only had a small issue with food preparation, one time, and the server and manager were quick to make things right!

Food comes out very quick, and we never had to wait for a refill of our drinks. Food is pretty good and they have a very large menu. When I used to drink, the drinks were fantastic! Chicken tends to be on the dry side. But if you have any special dietary needs (I need bland food) they happily accommodate. I love going here, one of my favorite places.

The McGrath's I am reviewing is the one in Corvallis Oregon. I thought their food was exceptional. A step above the one near my house in Milwaukie Oregon. Not that it's bad in Milwaukie it's just Corvalis was really really good. The staff was friendly

Its a terrible experience here. You wait 2 hours for your food, then when you finally get it, its cold! 2 chairs were broken. I highly recommend some serious changes here before permanently losing business.

If you want good seafood, this is the place! A bit pricey, but maybe it's worth it. Good selection of standard and less common types of fish. Worth checking out.

Nearly every time I go, there is a wait to be seated due to volume. But it has never been too long and it's definitely a timing thing. They get some good local catch options, which is nice. The service is friendly and competent. My meals here have always been well prepared and good.

I don't think I'll be coming back here. Out of a group of 7 that all ordered different dishes, only two enjoyed what they ordered. Their red potatoes are boiled and not roasted, so skip those. Pan fried oysters had no flavor.

Nice friendly staff. Our server Josh was excellent. Food was decent enough. It was brought to us timely and had good presentation. They could expand their menu with more low carb and keto friendly foods.

Had a nice pre-Mother's Day lunch. Service was a bit slow, but waitress was nice & food was good.

Their customer service is amazing. My family went here this evening and the staff were great. Sadly right after ordering our 5yo didn't feel well. Thankfully nothing horrible happened in the restaurant but we had to cancel our orders and get home asap. The host was gracious about canceling our orders and let my Husband know what was going on and then comped our drinks. So sweet and so kind. Checked on us as we were heading out. We've eaten here before and always enjoyed our meals and service. (Their scampi is the best! ) Tonight they were simply wonderful. We'll be back for sure.

This was the best place to go there fish dinner like 1299 so much food there's salad is out of this world.

The service was great. The four-course meal was great in flavors and filled me up. The price was quite reasonable, especially for the food that they put in front of me.

Don't Order Crab Legs - I've eaten at McGrath's many times. The service is always great, but the quality seems to be going downhill. The sign in the lobby shows the locations where their seafood was sourced. I really appreciate this. On it, it showed Dungeness, caught in Washington. I immediately started craving it. I grew up eating fresh crab. What I got was freezer burnt crab legs for $30 that had an odd taste. Needles to say, I was very disappointed. I Ate most of it because I was very hungry, but let them know I thought it unfair that people pay market price for freezer burnt crab. The sign in the lobby AND the market price statement are very misleading.

Had their Easter Ham special. It was very good and more food than we could eat. Looking forward to my lunch tomorrow.

Good place to have to eat seafood. We ordered both platters and we liked them! Good beer too!

My favorite dish to enjoy at McGrath's isn't even on the menu: Spicy Thai Shrimp Lettuce Wraps. I always order the Spicy Thai Shrimp Tacos, but request they be made as a lettuce wrap instead of with a tortilla. Trust me -- it's lo-carb HEAVEN!

Food was Great. Staff was wonderful. However, it wasn't very full for a luncheon on a weekend. I hope it not another restaurant that might be suffering from the younger generation not going to them.

Unfortunately, the service and food seem to have deteriorated since they opened many years ago, and I don't think they have had any redecorating since then either. I do love fish, and you can find some good fish there. Price seems reasonable.

The food i had was amazing and so good.

Service was great. I had the salmon and chips for lunch. The salmon pieces were substantial, tender and very tasty. This place specializes in fish but there are many other options for the non fish lovers in the group.

We always enjoy the food and the server's are some of the best. The food could be hotter when it gets to you. My husband and brothers enjoy the clam chowder and the oyster shooters. I love the coleslaw. The drinks from the bar are very good. Warning the sour dough bread is so good it's easy to fill up on before you get your dinner.

This has really gone downhill fast. Literally waited 10 minutes before we got a waiter or waitress to acknowledge us. Asked for a steak medium rare, steak was served over well done.Had to ask for more water, then waited 15 minutes for the water to be replenished.We are not going back again, done with this place.

Excellent seafood, excellent service and awesome drinks. Pan fried oysters are to die for😍😍😍 The prawn platter was excellent. Sourdough bread and sides were excellent also. Be prepared to take leftovers home

Portions are HUGE! Food tastes fabulous! We had excellent, fast service and the food came up quickly. Our waitress was Kaylee. She was very attentive, pleasant and always available. I highly recommend this restaurant.
